T5xW date and time display location

I found another question about this but no answers.

So my T46x and T48x phones have the time and date on the display bar at the very top of the phone displays. However, my new T54W phones display the time and date right in the middle of the display which covers up the custom user logos that I deploy on my phones. Is this location configurable? So far I can't find an answer in the forums or in the documentation.
