T55A won´t logout

I have a customer that has several T55A register on Teams, and he reports that after upgrading the phone to the latest firmware, the phone does not allow the user to logout. (The user presses the logout button but the phone does nothing. Event after multiple restarts.

Has anyone experienced this?
