Model T42s and T42g, the speakerphone is enable on incoming calls

What firmware version are the phones running when the issue occurs?
Which firmware version fixes the issue?
If the issue occurs again after a few days, what is the firmware version of the phones?

For example in two cases we had
T42G 29.80.0.70 -> 29.83.0.145

T42G 29.80.0.70 -> 29.83.0.120
In both cases the problem seemed to be solved but they reported again.
