Phone message speed

Thanks in advance for any help. We have T48S phones and the request has come in about speeding up the menu prompts for listening to messages. When you press Message the phone starts telling you what you can press to listen or delete calls. The complaint is - IT TALKS SO SLOW. I know on other phones systems there is a way to speed up the menu to talk faster.

I looked everywhere and do not see an option. Hoping there is some sort of key sequence available.
