Yes, the T5 series devices with USB ports do support USB headsets.
Here are the instructions from a knowledge base article that I wrote for the company I work for.
They are for the Plantronics Savi 8220/8210, but they will work just fine for the Savi 720.
For Jabra, you will need the Jabra Direct software

1. Open the Jabra Direct software after installing
2. Click on the Device icon and then click on the device, if more than one, choose the appropriate device.
3. Click on the yellow settings button.
4. Click on USB Desk Phone and enable the following settings, then click save.
-USB desk phone connection.
-Ringtone in headset.
If you followed the steps for the phone and the headset software, you should be able to hear calls ringing
in the headset and be able to control the phone with the applicable controls on the headset.

Settings for Plantronics Hub PC
1. Download and install the software from this link:

-Scroll down and click on the download option for "WINDOWS"
2. Connect a USB cable from the Plantronics base, to your PC.
3. Install the software. It may ask after the installation is complete, whether you would like it launch.
-If no prompt to launch, locate the icon on your desktop and double click on it or press the "WINDOWS"
key on your keyboard and begin typing "Plantronics", when you see the icon for the app, double click on it.
4. If a notification appears at the top for any updates to the base or headset, allow them to update before proceeding.
5. Click on the Settings menu at the top of the window and then select General.
-Scroll down util you see the option "Default Phone Line"
-Change the value to "PC"
-Scroll back up and click "Apply"
6. Disconnect the USB cable from your PC and connect it to your Deskphone.
7. Contact your $yourcompany and request to have the setting pushed to your phone so that
calls will ring on both your deskphone and your headset.
Note: This configuration should only be considered if Windows based softphone clients will not be utilized.

Settings for Plantronics Hub Mac
1. Download and install the software from this link:

-Scroll down and click on the download option for "MAC"
2. Connect a USB cable from the Plantronics base, to your MAC.
3. Install the software. It may ask after the installation is complete, whether you would like it launch.
-If no prompt to launch, click on the "Finder" icon from the Dock, go to Applications.
-Within the Applications section, scroll down until you locate the app icon for Plantronics Hub and double click on it.
4. If a notification appears at the top for any updates to the base or headset, allow them to update before proceeding.
5. Click on the Settings menu at the top of the window and then select General.
-Scroll down util you see the option "Default Phone Line"
-Change the value to "PC"
-Scroll back up and click "Apply"
6. Disconnect the USB cable from your PC and connect it to your Deskphone.
7. Contact your $yourcompany and request to have the setting pushed to your phone to allow
calls to ring on both your deskphone and your headset.
Additional Notes:
-This configuration should only be considered if Windows/Mac based softphone clients will not be utilized.
-The volume control on the Poly Savi 8220/8210 will is separate from that of the phone. At this time, there
are no options within the Plantronics Hub software.
-If $yourcompany needs to deply the Plantronics Hub software from a Domain Controller, you will

and contact Poly for a Plantronics Manager Pro account.
