T29G BLF Keys going dark

Hello -

I have setup a customer using T29G phones connecting to a GenbandC15. The customer has approximately 40 phones (spread over 7 different offices).

We are experiencing two pesky, random issues:

1: BLF keys (random keys on random phones) going black and an 'x' appearing on the display for that key.

2: Random call transfer failures.

Looking for some troubleshooting guidance, please. I should also state, the customer has 50MB VDSL in the location where we see this the most. We are the customer's internet provider as well. There are never any internet problems reported from the customer.
