Hi Jolouis,

Thank you for your answer; PBX is Wazo/Asterisk 14.
Call is put on hold by the Hold button indeed.

What should I search for in the asterisk logs, to make sure it's not the phone?

Without more information it is impossible to say but it sounds like something on the PBX side of things...
