Unavoidable load remote phonebook error

Thank you, but it doesn't work.
Copied & pasted to phonebook.xml via WinSCP, but error is the same.
If code is not the trouble, where it can be?

The file is reachable because I can see it through Firefox, Explorer and Chrome.
