voicemail notification led issue / Sip t19p

hi, i've elastix 2.4 and yealink sip t19 phone. configured extension with voicemail enabled (only enabled and not more configuration). yealink Firmware Version 31.72.0.25.
when i call *97 the ivr tells me that i've 11 new messages and etc.. but when i press menu -> Messages -> Voice Mail -> View Voice Mail, there is text "0 new 0 old Mail"
and there is not notification (like dnd or missed call") on screen, and led isn't lighting. so what can i do to fix? i've already enabled mwi for voicemail.
