Yealink CP900 issue with Win11 - Help

Hi everyone,
Please let me know if any of you had problems with CP900 (bluetooth speaker) while using Win11 laptops or PC's

I'm having an issue with the microphone which wont be recognized by not Skype or Teams but I can hear when someone speaks..
I tried to upgrade the firmware of the device with Yealink USB Connect from:
100.420.0.45 to 100.420.0.55 with no effect...

On Win10 devices the speaker works perfectly fine

Please Advise
