I'd agree with @complex1 that new phones might be a good idea, but the T26 isn't a bad phone (we have quite a number of them, and they're holding up.)

If you want to switch away from the specialized firmware version 6.72.9.20 to the regular one (6.73.0.50 from https://support.yealink.com/en/portal/do...e0a97293e) you might need a “transition firmware” from Yealink support. You can raise a ticket with them at https://ticket.yealink.com/
