Don´t see nº to pick up

Hello everyone. I have a T48G and I have factory reset.
The problem is that when extension 220 calls to 221 extension, i no longer see that 220 is calling to 221, I do not see the number 220 and I cannot pick up the call. I had it on before but I don't know how I did it.
