BLF With transfer and picK UP

Hello, I would like to kwnoe how i can succesfully configure the following:

Using:
- 2 Yealink T46G,
- Firmware 28.73.0.45
- 3CX PBX 12 v6.1
- 3CX's pickup code = *20*

I want to create a DSSkey on Phone 1 that can
1 Show the status of Phone 2 (BLF)
2 Call to Phone 2 (stil BLF)
3 If I receive a call on Phone 1 1 want to be able to transfer it to phone 2 (transfer)
4 If Phone 2 receives a call, I want to be able to pickup the call from phone 1 (pickup)

So far, it seems i can only get numbers
1, 2 and 3 together
or
1, 2 and 4 together

I tried
- Group Call Pickup Code to *20*
- Using Directed Call Pickup Code to *20*
- using linekey.x.pickup_value instead of linekey.x.extension

but this either resulted in not being able to pickup the call of Phone 2 or not being able to rtransfer a call to Phone 2

Please advise
