Correct password don't work anymore

UPDATE: Great news. I simply rebooted the phone (BASIC menu -> scroll down to REBOOT and reboot) and then I was able to login to the web portal. Who would have thought of something so simple. I was racking my brain for hours.

Is it something like a factory reset? Or is it just a restart? Do I need to save anything beforehand?
