UPDATE / SOLVED :
For anyone have the same problem in the future...

If you can not login to the GUI the username is: admin
password: 0000

It seams that the ONLY way is for the support to send the/a license file which the filename is in a form: License_PHONEMACADDRES.dat
You logging to the GUI and select the upload license file (there are no other options either way). After the upload, you make a reboot - just to be sure-... and you are ok.

Finally got some reply to a ticket (after 2 months) and now I'm waiting for another 2 phones to respond Huh
