VP59 Phone stuck on screen VCS Mode unavailable - enasxristis - 04-17-2024 05:25 PM Hello to all, I have 3 phones VP59 that show on screen VCS Mode unavailable, after an firmware update try. I try to login to the webgui but the password is not working (nor the default). Have anyone experienced that message or know what to do? Thank you in advance! If you can not login to the GUI the username is: admin password: 0000 It seams that the ONLY way is for the support to send the/a license file which the filename is in a form: License_PHONEMACADDRES.dat You logging to the GUI and select the upload license file (there are no other options either way). After the upload, you make a reboot - just to be sure-... and you are ok.
