W80M + SLAVE TRANSFER DECT CONTACTS

Hello, we have installed a W80M base station with W80 slave bases. The system is working perfectly, and we have integrated onto a Grandstream UCM6300A as the IPBX. The bases are functioning well, and we have created accounts on the IPBX, successfully making calls without any issues.

However, when we press the transfer button, we don't see the list of DECT phones in the company. Where should we configure this, and how? Currently, we are required to dial the internal number of the extension to perform a supervised transfer. If we create a contact in the phone with the internal number, the transfer becomes unsupervised, which is not suitable for the client.
