Multicast Paging Software

Hello,
One of our customers wants to play MP3 files on IP Phone speakers. I think this could be possible with the multicast paging feature, but I cannot find any software that multicasts MP3 files from Windows PCs to IP Phones.
Do you have any suggestions for this?

Would it be possible to share your setup and how it works?

I tried streaming some music files, with the same multicast address set in a Yealink T29 phone as listening, but it didn't start anything on the phone (see screenshot).

Do I need to do anything more on the PC or the phone?

Yes.

Can you give a quick run down of your setup that does work (type of file played, settings in the software, phone model/firmware, settings in the phone, and what you do to get it to start play)? I'd appreciate.
