Can't upgrade T53W

I have a yealink T53 which blocks on the update it remains at 77% the firmware version is T5x-96.86.0.70 I made several reset but nothing works.

Hello,

Yes, you have to go from version to version. For example, to upgrade to version 96.86.0.70, if your phone is in 96.84.0.70, you have to upgrade to version 96.85.0.70 and then upgrade to version 96.86.0.70.

Where did you get the previous versions?
Our phone is still in the 95.xx version.
