T46U + EXP43 BLF list not populating in correct sequence

Good Day,

Hope someone can assist me please.

Currently have T46U running firmware version 108.86.0.70 with a EXP43 connected to it.

The client would like the BLF list to populate on the exp module first and then the line keys. Currently have the below configured in the template file to change the priority sequence to exp > line key but the contacts are still populating on the line keys. Is there additional changes required to enable this?

All of the below are set to 1

-bw.directory_enable = 1
-phone_setting.blf_list_enable = 1
-phone_setting.auto_blf_list_enable = 1
-phone_setting.blf_list_sequence_type = 1

Side Note: BLF list is being sent from BroadSoft

You need to log into the dss page and see what the pattern is from there .theres a page that shows all the tabs and buttons location thats what you will use to over come the issue.
