T46U - unrecognized device

Phone: Yealink T46U (firmware v108.86.0.45)
Headset: Yealink WH67 (firmware unknown)

We have the T46U on fusionpbx and after the change of a calendar year we have to reboot and restart Fusion otherwise the buddies do not work properly.

Our techs reformatted the phone and it came back online. However the USB connected WH67 stopped worked and we are now getting "Unknown Device" errors showing on the T46U.
