We currently have a number of these out in the wild, and we are seeing constant disconnects and one-way audio we are on firmware 150.86.0.35

Does any one know how to factory reset the receiver?

Hi,

The phone can be reset to factory default by long pressing REDIAL key.

Has anyone been able to get this resolved? I've been getting a lot of reports of this issue since we deployed this model. We have some running firmware 150.86.0.38 and some on 150.86.0.5. Both are reporting this issue.

Hi
Did anyone solve this Bluetooth issue?

We are having 2 pcs. SIP-T58W PRO, which loses the Bluetooth Handset sporadic. When we lose the connection, there isn't any Bluetooth Connection in the Menu.
The phone´s is using FW: 150.86.0.38 (Phone system is 3CX)
The Phone is registered to the Phone system, it is only the Handset that loses the BT Connection. If they restart the Phone, the BT Headset is mostly connected again, until a few days later. The handset is always near the phone.

We are using Firmware 150.86.0.32. With this version we don't have any problems anymore.

OK, then we will have to try to downgrade the Firmware to .32 then, but then we might lose something else? We have the new fw .38 from our Phone System 3CX, and I do see this .38 as the current on Yealink´s Firmware page.
We will give it a try.

The T58 Pros have 2 different bluetooth radios (apparently). One is for the handset and one is for connecting third party devices. The one that connects the handset is always on, the other is in the features section and is turned off by default. You can leave that off and the handset still connects. However, when the phone is idle, it disconnects the handset and leaves a prompt on the screen to connect it.

If you turn the second radio on, the handset stays connected regardless of how long it sits idle. However, this phone does have it's bugs that I've been unable to resolve. Main one being, when you get an incoming call, there is a delay in being able to hear or speak on the handset when you first pick it up. It's long enough that some callers will hang up because they no longer hear a ringing and don't hear anyone speaking. If/when you manage to get the connection, the phone has a tendency to drop the sound from the handset. It stays connected, and the other party can hear you, but you cannot hear them (or vice versa). Hitting the speaker button on the phone allows you to complete the call there, but the handset doesn't return sound until you hang up. Obviously a huge issue for a phone.

Hi JED, did you manage to get any joy with these working reliably on 3CX?
I'm having a nightmare with the Bluetooth on these things!

I just had the same issue, I placed a ticket and Yealink send me the updated firmware: 150.86.0.57 and so far is working properly.

I hope this is helpful to someone.
