T46S with two accounts

T46S with two accounts
I have a customer with several phones and one of them has two accounts registered on it. That phone keeps switching its default account to account 2 and has to be put back constantly. Wondering what is needed in the config to hold account 1 as the default.

Hi,

Did you check the behaviour is the same on a other phone with 2 accounts?
Phones are running on the latest firmware?
Please change or replace the PSU and try again.

Could it be user error? Normally when my users have switched accounts it's by accidental keypress.
