T46S with two accounts - ajadams@centrictel.com - 09-04-2018 05:58 PM I have a customer with several phones and one of them has two accounts registered on it. That phone keeps switching its default account to account 2 and has to be put back constantly. Wondering what is needed in the config to hold account 1 as the default. Hi, Did you check the behaviour is the same on a other phone with 2 accounts? Phones are running on the latest firmware? Please change or replace the PSU and try again. PSU = Power Supply Unit or Power Adapter RE: T46S with two accounts - johnkiniston - 09-05-2018 04:12 PM Could it be user error? Normally when my users have switched accounts it's by accidental keypress. |
