EXP40 Entrys get lost > 3CX

Hello,
we are using T46G with 28.81.0.25 FW on 3CX. The phones are configured to reprovision themselfs on sunday night. But after re-provisioning the EXP40 modules are blank. The colleges have configured them by hand... now we try to use the BLF settings from 3CX server... I have configured BLFs for the users but the appear on the phone and not on the EXP40 ... we have set this option to 1:

#Specify the prior of the line keys and EXP keys when automatically configure the blf list0-Configure the line keys first, 1-Configure the EXP keys first;
phone_setting.blf_list_sequence_type = 1

Where is the problem? Does we have to change another setting too?

Can you help us to capture the trace files, we can check more from them.
You will know the method via this FAQ: http://support.yealink.com/faq/faqInfo?id=313
Please try to provision then configure the BLF list for test then export the three trace files.
