Hi,

is it possible to change the colours on blf keys when the status of a extension is either Available, Away, Out of office , busy , .. ?
Especially on the T48's this would be handy.

Hi,

It's not supported.
Since the LED is bi-colour light in other models except T48G so it's impossible to change the colour for them.
But to T48G I think it's feasible at least to hardware. We will collect more similar requests and forward to our prodct dept.

The SIP standard for BLF is only for Busy/Not Busy."Busy Lamp Field"
Away/Out of Office/etc is different and needs support of the PBX to send the proper message to the phones.
