T41 and BLF

Hi,

I have 3cx v11 free version installed with 5 T41 devices with firmware 36.71.0.53 .
I manually registered the devices and created the BLF buttons.But the leds do not lit for the BLF keys ?
Why is that ?

Please enable BLF led in webpage.
Features->General Information,disable "LED Off in Idle"

The function "LED Off in Idle" is set to "enabled"

Doesn't it need to be 'Disabled' then ?

I set it to disabled and I then even upgraded it to the latest 72 firmware,( where there are multiple schemas for the blf when in idle method ?)
but only the line key button gets green when I pick up the speaker. For the rest the lights are not working ?

BLF Status Updates are not available in the 3cx FREE VERSION.

As craig told, do you use a free version of 3CX? Do you contact with 3CX for help?

YEs, sorry I have been away for a while. But it is a free edition. So I have my answer
