local_time.time_format for W52p

The Yealink desk phones can have the time format set from 24 / 12 hour using the local_time.time_format provisioning key.

I've been through the W52 provisioning manual and have not found a similar setting.

How do I set the time format on the W52 to a 12 hour format?

Hi,

There are two ways to change the time format to 12 hour format.
1. Handset: press “OK” button, select “Settings”, select “Display”, select “Time Format”
2. Provisioning: “custom.handset.time_format = 0”

You do it with the interface on the handset itself. Press the OK button and scroll down to the Settings button. Select OK, and then scroll down to the Display item and press OK again. Now scroll down to Time Format and press OK. Scroll up to 12 hour and then press Change. Now, all you have to do is back out of the various menu items to where you are looking at the time in the format you wish.
