exp43 Stuck on Wellcome Screen
Hello,

One of our customer's 2 EXP43 devices stuck on welcome screen one day apart.

Yealink forum only have solution for EXP40.
Do you have a suggestion for this case?

Reboot of the phone and it work for some days then happens again

I had the same problem with T48U + EXP43. I contacted the seller and received new firmware 108.86.0.147 (not available on the Yealink website). After the update, everything works fine.

New firmware helps only on some phones, not on all.
Looks like connecting to another usb port is solution.
