Combining a phone call and a conference

Hi.
The 960 is connected to the computer in two ways: 1-Bluetooth, 2-USB cable. Also, 960 is connected to the network, and the SIP phone number is configured. Is there a way to connect a phone call to a SIP number to the current conference on the computer? For example, Zoom or Microsoft commands. I know that there is an opportunity to make a call from the conference itself. But I am interested in this particular method. That is, whether it is possible to combine a 960 device (the device is connected to the computer on which the conference is running) and a phone call made from the device itself.
