T48 - DTMF not working when DSS keys are selected

T48 - DTMF not working when DSS keys are selected
Sending DTMF tones when a connection is established does not work when the DSS keys are selected, 29 keys on display.

It does work when you see 12 keys on display.

do you mean DTMF tone not working when 29 keys are all set to Type DTMF ?

if yes, please check the "play DTMF tone" enabled or not , web page path :

Features -> General Information -> Play Local DTMF Tone

or do you mean the DTMF Tone can work, but when press it , it will not function as you expect , if yes, you can try to change the DTMF type and test again, web page path :

Account -> Advanced -> DTMF Type

Tried all variations. It does not work.
The only keys whom do work are the ones whom are default visible on screen. These are capable of sending DTMF during call.
As soon as you select the DSS keys, those are not capablle of sending DTMF during in call.

Currently using firmware 35.80.0.125

It's still not working with firmware 35.80.0.130
Please have a look. I want to use all DSS keys during call to sent DTMF.

I can confirm that on the T57W this still does not work. This is clearly a bug. To recap: On T57w if you program a line key to be a DTMF button, it will ONLY work if its on keys 1-11. If you but the DTMF button on a key that needs to be expanded buy pressing the MORE key the DTMF will not be sent. Its 6 years and this is not fixed? And the bug migrated from t48 to T57w?
