NAP over Yealink T46 - not working

Hi!

We are using NAP (Network Access Protection) So the lan port to the phone is NAP configured.
At the T46 PC Port is plugged the laptop.

But the laptop will get no IP address.
Are the yealink phones working as LAN bridge with NAP ?
