Music Server URI not working in T28P series with firmware version 2.72.0.80

Hi,

I am using T28P series with firmware version 2.72.0.80. I just checked its Music Server URI feature with SIPXecs server but its not working. When I am pressing hold key, it is not sending INVITE for defined Music Server URI, but it is sending for the connected phone.

I think there is some bug with this firmware version.

Have you filled the Music Server in Account-> Advanced?



I try to fill as sip:music@iptel.org and it can works fine.
can you try the music server like: sip:music@iptel.org

music@iptel.org is a public MOH server, I have done some test with it before, it works

Please help to confirm the MOH server is correct, Would you mind give me your MOH server so that I can test in my side.

Its partially start working. I was configuring "~~mh~@sip-server-address" in Music Server URI. After changing that to "sip:~~mh~@sip-server-address" Yealink phone starts sending the INVITE to defined URI.
But its still not working with SIPXecs server. After INVITE SIPXecs server send an UPDATE packet and yealink replied that with BYE, which is closing the connecting with Music server.
I uploaded the wireshark capture to your ftp server, you might want to take a look into that.

Please upgrade the phone to the V73 beta version to check if it can solve this issue, if this issue still exist, would you please send me the pcap base on the V73 beta version.

Yes, its working with V37 beta version . Now, there is no BYE packet after receiving UPDATE as expected.
