how to connect yealink T23G to mikrotik openvpn server

Hi
i have an SIP-Yealink T23G
and i launch an openvpn server in Mikrotik router and its working, i test it, such as picture that you see, but i can't connect my Yealink phone to this openvpn Sad

in training PDF in the internet all of them point out config openvpn client for the Yealink in FreePBX or Issable or Elastix, but i have the openvpn server in mikrotik, and i don't know how config my vpn.cnf and how to route a directory to upload .tar file in Yealink web console. such as the images that i attache them.
please somebody tell me how it's work, i really confused.
