Hi Vigortek,

You can set the Server Expires Times under account interface to a shorter value like 120s then phone will check the register status every 60s.

Since server don't send any packet to phone so phone can't recognize that the server is down/up.

Regards,
James

Both value are OK.
If you set the value to 120s phone will check the register status every 60s.
If you set the value to 60s phone will chcek the register status every 30s.

You have to divide the value with 2 to get a real time.

Hello,
Small problem this morning after puting the Server Expires Times to 120s.
IPPBX status say that T22P is offline this morning, but T22P say that it's registered.

I put the value to 60s, so I am waiting until tomorrow morning to see the status of T22P in IPPBX.

I do not understand what happening ????

Best regards,

Hi Vigortek,

When IPPBX say that the phone is offline, can you make a call?
The problem only happens after you changing the Expire time?
How many phones registered to the IPPBX? All of them have the problem?

Regards,
James

yes T22P can make a call but can not receive when IPPBX say that it's offline.
Only T22P is offline ,other phone are online.

Thanks
