W56H with T53W via DD10 troubleshooting - business@voxclear.com - 07-11-2024 03:04 AM

I've been using for a couple years two W56H handsets connected to a T53W/DD10 combo. I cannot recall exactly how that all came together but it was rock solid until now. Neither W56H can find the Base to register to, so I am suspecting the DD10 is the issue. Looking at the T53W web gui, should something show up there when the DD10 is connected to USB port? Should I just purchase another DD10 or are there some other troubleshooting steps to try first?

thx

EDIT: now I am beginning to suspect the USB port on the T53W is at fault. Connecting a Yealink headset directly to that, not working. Troubleshooting steps for that?

Hi,

Before you buy a new DD10K, you can try resetting the phone to factory settings first, which will cost you nothing.

Did that, no joy. Now networking not working!

Hi,

If the phone is powered by PoE, I suggest using a separate power supply.

95% sure the USB port on this phone is shot. Nothing works connected to it.
