We recently purchased the VC200 only because it has been advertised as being MS Teams conpatible.
I have logged a ticket for this, but have had no response in a week.
Does anyone know how to connect to Teams with the VC200 unit, or if you even can?

We created a ticket last night. Hoping to see some movement on this. We have been unable to find *any* documentation (other than marketing items) about how to use this device with Teams. Will be sure to post back here if/when we hear something.

Hi there, did you get any feedback?
I see there is a new model called the VC210 which has Teams integrated, it is a real shame on Yealink to let there customers down like this. Not even reacting at all.
