Calls has no sound on T20 phone - Kollol Biswas - 06-13-2015 04:34 AM Everything is fine on my phones and calls are being received properly. But on few phones, we find no voice after taking a few calls. A manual restart / backend reboot works for a while but problem returns after 5 mins. The phones are around 3 years old. What can be possible reason behind this issue? I have already updated the firmware but it has not helped much. Here is a log attached for a faulty one.
