Hello,

I am unable to get NTP to work with my T46G and T48G phones. I have attached a screen shot from the T48G web config time & date settings section. I have attached the syslog (log level 6) from the phone, and I have attached the output from an NTP tester where I have tested 3 different NTP servers which are all working and accessible from the same subnet as the phones. In the log from the T48G I don't find any indications of the phone actually making an NTP request.

I am using the phones with 3CX Version 12
The firmware on the T48G(s) is 35.72.0.225
The firmware on the T46G(s) is 28.72.0.46 and 28.71.0.224


I am stumped so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Bdgarcia,

Can you try the two steps:

1.Input a public ntp server like pool.ntp.org and check whether it works.
2.Input 192.168.58.1 to the second ntp server and check again.
