Hello.
this is my first post here, before posting I tried to find someone with similar problem that I have but didn't have much success. So, the problem that I have is quality of sound when using Plantronics Voyager HD headset on T46G or T48G via USB dongle Yealink BT40.
So when I make a call or receive a call the quality of the call is very questionable. In 8 of 10 times the voice is intermitted like I hear every third or second letter. 2 times out of 10 I can hear perfect. The person on other side allways hears like metalic or metal sound. Is there anyway to perfect the quality? I also made calls from 0,5 meters from the phone or from another room and there was no change.

If you could point me to some direction it would be great.

The firmware on T48G is 35.72.0.10 and on T46G is 28.71.0.60.

In order to do more troubleshootings, please supply syslog level 6, config.bin and pcap and send to support@yealink.com.
