Answer call based on Notify - Vdm - 12-31-2015 08:19 PM Hi, We are trying to answer call based on SIP Notify message from PBX. It works perfect on phone T22P but we have problems with T21P E2. Call is answered but, it is answered in hands free mode, event when headset key is pressed. Option features.headset_prior = 1. We are planing use headsets. For this issue,first of all,please upgrade to the last firmawre(52.80.0.70),and try to configure the "Ringer Device for Headset"=headsset, path:features>>audio>>Ringer Device for Headset,then test again. after that,if it can not work either,Please send the level 6 system log, config.bin file and PCAP traces to support@yealink.com. notice:please provide the three files of T22&T21 E2,totally 6 files.
