Can you test with the latest version?

In order to do more troubleshootings, please supply me syslog level 6, config.bin and pcap. How to Get the Correct Syslog, Config.bin and Trace

Update: until now, we have been going by using the "trick" of attaching the EXPs AFTER the phone already booted up (fortunately, we don't need to restart it often). But in the last days, its problems got worse, and even that trick seems to do not work anymore (although we didn't change configuration lately!)...
So, today I updated the T28 to the current firmware (2.72.0.80) but the problem is still there... and then I created the syslog, configuration and pcap files.
I'm going to send an email to support@yealink.com with those attached.

UPDATE: Email sent. In the attachment, you can find different files, taken when the EXPs were attached AND after I detached them. There is also a log taken after booting the phone without attaching EXPs.
If I don't attach EXPs, the phone works normally. If EXPs are attached, the phone commands slow down a lot, sometimes fail, EXP lights turn on and off with no apparent reason....
