I have installed 12 T-26 phones only to find out that there must be something different about the location's data switch. When the phones reboot it goes to "Network Unavailable" and then sits at the screen asking for network type (dhcp). After a few seconds the user can push the "Next" button and the phone will continue to boot fine.
Is there a setting somewhere to make the phone wait before attempting to connect to the network? Or a setting to make the phone keep trying and not give up so the phone will boot without user input?
This is the only location where I've had this problem so I'm sure it is something to do with the switch. It will be sometime, however, before I can replace the switch.
Thanks,
L.
