Hello,

I'm testing a brand new WH62 headphone with a T27G.
T27G is configured with firmware 69.86.0.15
WH62 is configured with firmware
WH62's stand is connected to T27G though USB cable (micro-USB on headphone end, USB-A on deskphone end).
WH62 is powered by power grid.
T27G is PoE powered.

Headphone LED is stable green while headset stand's Phone LED is stable white.
Headset LED on deskphone is off.

While a call comes in:
- phone rings
- nothing heard in headphone
- a short push on headset main button does not answer the call
- after answering using deskphone keys, nothing is heard on headphone.

After browing desphone web app, I didn't see any setting with which I could trigger use of headphone.

Did I miss something ?
How can you enable use of WH62 with T2X series ?

Using the same WH62 with a T42S deskphone:

- as soon as deskphone heas rebooted, a message is shown on deskphone screen (warning I can configure the headphone my my PC)

- when a call comes is:
- headphone rings
- I can answer, hear and talk with headphone

- I can see an Ext section is webapp Status page

PS: There is a bug in Features/Audio webpage:
- Headset Send Volume is repeated twice (voice.headset_send)
- Headset Send Volume is not translated
uploading 69.86.0.27 into my T27G solved this issue !
