Are you exporting the config from the T48s, the trouble phones, or the Voip provider.
Sorry for the many questions, but thank you for the help.

No problem, and I understand I worked on this for quite some time. I am exporting the config from the phones.

Actually Yealink helped me find this issue, I exported it from the phone, changed the config on the phone and imported it back. I know its timely but if your VOIP provider has a specific area where you can set Parameters up on your phones you can add this too your entire subscriber base via a Parameter.

So i have exported the config(cfg) from "setting/configuration/export CFG file/all settings"
I don't see any heading for "transfer:hang up."

Am I missing a step?

It would be: transfer.hang_up_after_success_trans = 3

Mine was near the bottom of the config.

Would you mind looking at my config and see if I'm missing something.

Now question for you before I look at it, does it do it on all of your phones? Because it did not do it on all of our phones. It seemed to be ones we had setup with a call group. I would make sure you have a phone that it specifically is happening on where it shows "Talking"

These 2 phones are doing showing talking, one is a t48s the other is T42s. What bothers me is that the T46s are all fine.

That doesn't look like the entire config of the phone. Mine was about 100-120 lines.
