So what does this mean "solved via ticket"? is there a new firmware update availeble for this issue?

When can we expect an update to fix this problem?
And what caused it?
So what is the resolution? We are having the same exact issue. I noticed when added extensions from t48s and t42s on to the t48s dss key blf, it is showing "talking" when in fact no other is connected. With extensions from t46s phones everything seems fine.

We had a line of code that needed to be removed. For some reason it was set too 3. This was not setup by us during the initial config of the phone.

transfer.hang_up_after_success_trans = 3

We changed it too 1 and that fixed the issue.
Where or how do i get to the line code, and was it for all phone extensions added to the dss key on the t48s, or just for the t48s itself?
I do not work with yealink and I do not know your voip provider. I would first export the config and see what that line code looks like. If it not the default it will show up in there. There is no setting in the GUI that I could ever find.
