Hi,

How many BLF configured on the expansion module?
If you just configure several BLF will the problem happen?

Please try setting the timer T1 to 2 and timer T2 to 5 then check again(under Account-> Advanced)

If the problem persist, please have a try of this firmware:
ftp://James:494qh65Z@ftp.yealink.com/fir...3.0.17.rom

James

Hi Emiliano,

Thanks for the video.
Can you get a pcap trace, level 6 syslog and config.bin file about the problem based on 2.73.0.40? I will send to our R&D for a check.

James, any news for me ?.

Thanks!
upupupup ! I need help!
Very sorry Emiliano.

We have Chinese New year holiday at the time you replied to me and it's missed.
Let me forward them to our R&D this week.

And, can you let me know how many BLF configured in these T28?
To T28 we don't recommend configuring more than 60 BLF keys.

Regards,
James

James, we have configured less than 60 blf on one T28P and other one have > 60 BLF.
Which model do you recomend for using more than 3 exp39?

Best regards
