I have configured the 802.1X parameters (with web-i)but my phone doesn't take any IP.
I don't receive anything on my server, like if the phone doesn't have account or an incorrect account

How i can be sure that he tries to use 802.1X ?

Yes, i have ckecked this guide.
I will do a network capture to check if the phone send or not the authenfication request.

But, this request doesn't seem sended, because i receive anything on the radius server.

I will try also to upgrade with the last firmware available.
