Full Version: Yealink not answering to NOTIFY messages

I am having some issues when trying to configure BLFs at Yealink SIP-T28P phone. Subscription process goes OK but Yealink doesn't answer to first NOTIFY message with the convenient 200 OK.

Instead of answering to this message, it sends another SUBSCRIBE message but it fails to respond to the subsequent NOTIFY message.

I attach an screenshot of the described issue (, Proxy).

Is anyone having this issue?

I can't help you with the issue - but what program are you using to trace the messages? I like the layout.
This is a software that has programmed a coworker, called sngrep
In order to do more troubleshootings, please supply me syslog level 6, config.bin and pcap.

Can you test to encrease the T1 timer? Go to webpage->Account->Advanced, change SIP Session Timer T1 (0.5~10s) to 1~2 seconds.
Do you subscribe too many accounts in the phones? So phone can response too many NOTIFYs at the same time.
