Hi Support,

We would like to have the following feature.

Let's say we have assigned four line keys for account 1, I talk on the phone and I see another call coming in. I hit the second flashing line key and pick up the call, at the same time, the first call is on hold and we see it flashing red.

Then comes in a third call, so I hit the new flashing line key and now the first two calls or on hold. each one on their own button.

The issue is, that I don't remember which call is on hold on which button.

Is there a way that it should always show the caller ID number near the line key that's on hold, so I would know which call I want to pick up.

I know that ShoreTel phones have this feature.
Hello Abe,

It can't be done currenlty.
I will send the request to product department and see what they say.
